We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our team at our Eastleigh location. This role is ideal for an organised and friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high standard of customer care.
The Service Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the service department. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, managing bookings, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the service reception.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 hour lunch break (unpaid).
